CHICAGO — Police are investigating after a man was found dead in a stairwell at a CTA Blue Line station early Saturday morning.According to the Chicago Police Department, a 54-year-old man was found unresponsive in a stairwell landing around 4:01 a.m. in the 100 block of West Congress Parkway.The man was taken to Northwestern General Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police have one person in custody and the incident has been classified as a death investigation, pending autopsy results."CTA is working closely with Chicago Police regarding an incident last night at the LaSalle Blue Line station involving a CTA employee," the CTA said in a statement. BRECKENRIDGE HILLS, Mo. - A homicide investigation is underway after a man was fatally shot in Breckenridge Hills. Investigators say Chuckie White, 54, of St. Ann, died in the shooting. He was found deceased in the parking lot of a business along St. Charles Rock Road. ST. CHARLES, Mo. - Volunteers were hard at work Saturday cleaning an important section of St. Charles. People spent the day cleaning up around Fountain Lakes Park. Volunteers used items provided by the city to remove food wrappers, cans, bottles, and other pieces of trash. This was all a part of the annual program called "Mission Clean Stream." Several ski resorts near the Bay Area have announced extensions to their ski seasons after the Sierra Nevada mountains received feet upon feet of snow over the past few months. (KRON) -- At least one person was injured in a collision that also knocked down a traffic pole at an intersection in Concord Saturday afternoon, according to the Concord Police Department.
