Brighton man killed in early morning crash in Aurora DENVER (KDVR) — Police say a Brighton man died and a woman was hurt in an early morning crash in Aurora.It happened around 2:05 a.m. Monday near North Chambers Road and East 40th Avenue, according to the Aurora Police Department. Shooting suspect wanted after leading Aurora police on a chase Police say the man was driving a Honda Accord when he turned north onto Chambers from Interstate 70. He then rear-ended a Nissan Rogue SUV, which was stopped for a red light at the intersection.The Honda rolled once, killing its 26-year-old driver and hurting a woman passenger, police said. Neither was wearing a seat belt.The driver of the Nissan, a man, stayed on the scene for the investigation. The westbound off-ramp of Interstate 70 was closed for the investigation, as were the northbound lanes of Chambers.
